My mom and Dad have been coming to these folks ever since they opened; very professional, friendly, outstanding frames and their service is the best; when I needed replacement reading glasses for lost ones, they got new ones very fast, I trust these folks

Bad experience from start to finish!
Scheduled appointment "lost" and had to wait an hour to squeeze me in. Exam dictated a new prescription, new lenses were ordered and took a few weeks. I asked to use my old frames which I was very fond of which they broke and, of course, blamed the frames. Fortunately, I had another pair of the same frames and the lenses went in fine. Unfortunately, the prescription was wrong and went back to the original prescription we started with that took another few weeks. This appeared to annoy Steven. The problem turned out to be cataracts which were missed by Steven during the examination.
Will NOT be back!

The staff including the doctor were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Also, Dawn in optical is awesome..she took her time when my son and I were trying to decide on glasses and she even repaired glasses that we had received elsewhere.
