Do not go here for cataract surgery and definitely not glasses. Long story short, had cataract surgery on both eyes. When they did the second eye, the entire experience was different. Almost twelve weeks later my left eye is worse than before I had the cataract. The doctor speaks fast and does not explain things well. Staff is great, doctor poor, and management staff gives you the run around. In addition, my prescription for new glasses was another run around.

DON'T GO! They caused serious permanent damage. I knew something was wrong after cataract surgery but Millman and staff (except one) treated me like I was over reacting. After 6 wks and returning 17x I was frustrated and scared as what looked like pupil never undialated from surgery but then the black of pupil was getting larger and odd shape. My vision deteriorating. Tiniest light caused prisms. Rings around lights. All I saw were rings. For 6 wks Millman, Derr and woman Dr couldn't diagnose what was going on. They shouldn't be practising. I was told if I keep getting emotional (after 6 wks of this and all he'd do was give drops) he said he wouldn't treat me. He then sent me to Glaucoma specialist as he thought I had some rare form of glaucoma. That Dr examined and said no way. The damage and inflammation Millman caused was beyond his capability (after 4 hrs of tests, ultrasound, etc). Sent me to surgeon known to repair other Dr screw ups. Had to remove old lens and suture together 3 of 5 areas that were fixable. He used blue sutures to have my eye look blue again. In his 30yrs he's never seen anything like it. Using me as case study at lectures. The lens Millman put in poked thru the back eye causing all the damage and major inflamation. Now I see a white film/fog out of that eye. Light bothers it. Can hardly see. Surgeon said only way this could happen was Millman rotated lens wrong way. DO NOT USE THEM. TERRIBLE!! Oh...I paid $5k for better lens only to have removed and replaced with different lens when surgeon did repair. The original expensive lens was only in 2 months as Millman put in wrong.

I called 10/14/2022 and was transferred to registration by some woman and then another woman in registration asked a few basic questions about medical condition and then put me on hold, and then I got disconnected after being online 7 minutes. I called back and pressed number 7 again and same woman who answered first time. I asked for registration and told her what happened the first time and she said "How can I help you?" I then asked "is this registration?" The woman responded "Thank you one moment" and then she hung up. Most likely this email will be intercepted by the same people being rude so doctors wont see it. I will submit online review.
