I had never been to Lens Crafters before and I brought in my 84 5 yr old mother with dementia and hard of hearing. Dr. Pham was so very kind, understanding and patient. I am very thankful for Dr. Pham for treating my mother with professionalism and understanding. I would recommend your location to anyone.

She was very thorough & professional, while still managing to be friendly and expedient. I was very happy with my exam and the resulting prescription- she managed to correct me to 20/15!

Dr Pham was very professional and attentive to me during the exam. All my questions were answered and were explained to me. The girls in the front office were also very helpful and knowledgeable when selecting eyewear and applying my insurance allowance.
