I wish I could give zero stars for the experience we had. My sister and I had taken her 4 year old son for an eye exam for the first time. This was a new and scary experience for him as seeing these big machines were intimidating. Like many toddlers it took a little effort to help him relax for the various tests, however Doctor Yara Chiha was EXTREMELY IMPATIENT and seemed very irritated. She commented she had seen patients younger than him that cooperated better and even demanded him to stop looking around and not to cry! This sat with me for a few days as I was shocked and angry that someone could lack compassion. I do not recommend this location for anyone that has children.

Unfortunately I do NOT recommend this place! The doctor is nice but his scheduling coordinator is absolutely horrendous! We’ve been trying to schedule cataract surgery since October! My mom cannot see she has been in tears practically everyday and Lucia doesn’t have enough decency to actually follow up! I told her in a voicemail to please just call and if I’m not able to answer to Please leave a voicemail with the details and we would be there rain or shine but the lack of urgency or communication has been absolutely terrible. Also the doctor as nice as he is should be on top of the patients making sure that all of them Are being followed up with!

Very kind and attentive great doctor the grass is your beautiful the ice specialis Evon he was serdome je helped me puck hje PERFECT GLASSES I would Definitly tecomend this place for eye exam and glasses a 5 star extabishment

Great Drs and opticians here. No complaints they take good care of my family.

We had a very good experience and extremely good Dr Kristine Shahverdyan. She is just the best. Very knowledgeable and caring.

I want to give a big shout out and thank you to the optician Levon Avakian. My husband broke his glasses and he was able to get us in and fix the problem immediately. He was also very thoughtful and kind.
