Just moved here and tried supporting a local doc, but I won’t go back here. The doctor is fine, but the office people are trying to rip you off left, right, and center. Went in for a regular visit… I’ve had contacts for years, the process really hasn’t changed all that much. Shouldn’t be that hard. They charged me over $100 for a visit that should have been free after insurance. I took my bill to Costco and they provide the same services for $0 copay with the same insurance. Then they tried adding specialty costs for my lenses that again, were $0 out of my pocket after transferring to Costco. Then add insult to injury, they didn’t order my lenses when they said they did. Multiple receptionists are rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. Go somewhere else.

My experience in this place has been terrible, I have had to go 3 times due to an error in my prescription and in the end I left without my glasses because they did not solve it, the signature was not correct, the ones at Frint Desk did not solve it, they charged me the same even though They didn't give me the glasses, they didn't give me my money back although the mistake was theirs and that without glasses, without money and without a solution, zero for incompetetessss

1st off Dr. Handley was great.very attentive However the receptionist is i guess u would say designed or paid to rip off. I had an exam done on January 21st. As of today 2/3/2023 I still have no eyeglasses I have no contacts I paid $840 not to mention they charged a credit card fee of 59.00. Moreover this did not include the purchase of any eyeglasses I had my OWN frame. Futhermore my insurance just advised me that my fee was only 380.00. I have file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and my insurance company. Beware of this vision company other reviews explain the same thing. I wished I had checked the reviews prior too.
