I will NEVER take my kids back to this place. I have been waiting on my daughter's replacement for over 3 months. In March I ordered new frames. In May I called multiple of times only to be told they haven't arrived yet. After I tell them that I have been waiting for months they will put you hold, then come back, without saying anything and put on hold again. After multiple of calls and me being UPSET, they FINALLY transferred me to someone who told me the frame I ordered was on back order and that I could come in and pick out new frames; she also said that she doesn't know why the front desk didn't tell me that. TODAYI was able to go in and pick out new frames... THE LADY AT THE DESK, UNCONCERNED, SAID "YOU WILL HAVE TO COME BACK AFTER 1:30, THEY ON LUNCH. This has been since MARCH.. Yall can keep that money I spent on new frames, We will go elsewhere. DO BETTER..

I met the doctor at the Byram clinic and I was so impressed by his knowledge for my eyes. I continued to have problems and i made a emergency appointment at the Jackson clinic and some how my appointment was messed up and the ladies at the front desk shattered every hope I had of this being the best doctor for me .

Never disappoint, always amazing experience. Appreciate Doctor's Christopher Bullin, and the Mississippi Eyecare Associates. Plz stop leaving bad reviews about you y'all Glesses not coming in. Check with your insurance, they are responsible for that and the payments.
