I have always been able to talk to doctor Michell C. Latter and get my eye problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. He always treat me with tender loving care. Because he really does. Everyone here is very nice, caring, and smiling. It’s good atmosphere for patients. I will continue to visit doctor Latter’s office because I was very well taken care of. He is a great doctor and person!!!!

A co-worker of mine recommended Dr. Latter fit an eye surgery that I am contemplating. It was the same surgery he performed for her and she couldn't be more pleased! From my first telephone encounter with the Bellflower office staff all the way through my first appointment with Dr. Latter, everyone was professional, kind, caring and accommodating. The office is clean and the equipment is modern. Dr. Latter patiently answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I learned 3 new things about my eyes that I had never known in all of my years of eye visits to other facilities! I would definitely recommend Dr. Latter to other friends and family.

He had all the high- tech equipment not always seen at other eye doctor's offices for conditions like dry eye. You get seen on a timely basis. He is knowledgeable and approachable and I enjoyed my experience being evaluated for cataracts immensely. I'm in good hands.
