I paid for the eye exam and received the report, explaining that I needed it to get glasses back in China, but they wouldn't give me my pupillary distance data. Either they're unprofessional or petty.

The staff there are all very nice, polite, and considerate ❤️

If you need an eye doctor, highly recommend seeing Dr. Chen. Post examination, she patiently explained every detail of the examination.

I came in to have my sunglasses looked at and the gentleman repaired them within seconds and they look And feel brand new. Service was excellent, and I highly recommend to go there.

I highly recommend coming here, everyone was kind, and helpful...The Dr was amazing with my kids and I'm going to start going there too...they did not overcharge or try to make a sale from us...the prices were great for glasses We just went through a horrible experience at Cohens fashion optical at the mall, a place we've been going to for years...they ripped us off and we were just a "sales" to them. So coming here was a breath of fresh air!!! Great people

All they worry about is there reviews and stars not worrying about there costumer and there needs and service, gave me a hard time to get my refund

Just went to the MK Vision on Staten Island to find and buy glasses and I have to say, I'm impressed. I like their service and they helped me pick out the glasses. The ladies that worked there were nice and polite. I been wanting to buy a pair of new glasses for a few years now to replace my older one, and I finally ordered one. I recommend y'all go to MK, and they have mutliple locations too.

I just picked up my son's new glasses, the ladies who helped us were very kind to me and my son, and they were very patient. Highly recommended.

Even though I didn’t get my glasses here, I walked in and got my glasses adjusted for free.

She explained everything so well!! and she was the sweetest soul, my glasses were ready in less than a week! should definitely go here and i will bring my children here if they ever need glasses.

Dr. Chen was very kind and professional! I came in for an eye exam and she answered all my questions. I was also given a free trial to test out two different contact lenses. My insurance is a bit different but front desk carefully reviewed and thoroughly explained my coverage. I had a great experience - would recommend you book your next appointment with her!

This optical was heaven sent! Everyone is extremely kind and welcoming. The doctor was patient with my questions, extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They have so many options for lenses. Definitely recommend.

Love love love Dr. Chen. But glasses came damaged twice. Reordered once, and then just accepted it.
