Dr. Drumwright did cataract surgery on both eyes in January. Everything was so smooth and painless! My results were perfect! For the first time in 55 years of driving with glasses, I don't need them now!!! Pleased with the entire process!

Highly recommend, second visit in the last few years. All the staff is friendly, sweet, well informed/educated, atmosphere is welcoming. Visit was very thorough and everything was explained. Top notched service.

Everything was great as usual, except that I had to wait a little over an hour. That was unusual because most of the time everything is very efficient and right on time. I assume there must’ve been an emergency.

I've been seeing Dr. Farmer for about 3 years now, mostly, for eyes that are aging. (Well, the rest of me is, too...but now my eyes have caught up.) Dr. Farmer is caring, professional and explains each procedure in detail. I have been VERY impressed by his care and his staff and nurses are sweet and caring. I'm facing Cataract Surgery in September and althoughI dread the process, I have complete confidence in Dr. Farmer's professional abilities to bring me through it and that my vision will be much improved. That's not bad for an old gal that watched her Granddad go blind when I was quite young, which gave me quite an irrational fear of eye doctors and things coming near my eyes. Yes, VERY impressed indeed. I would highly recommend Dr. Farmer and have to several folks.

This is a very efficient facility and the staff are so knowledgeable. I will be having cataract surgery in April and I feel very confident with Dr Farmer because he was so thorough with me and so was his assistant Erica. thank you so much for being so efficient and understanding with the questions that I've had. Dr. Drumright is very thorough and knowledgeable. He is friendly and answers any concerns or questions. The office staff were all friendly and professional. My annual visit was was great!

Consult with Dr. Farmer for future surgery. I saw him last year but my eye has changed quickly. The exam and consult was quick but though he took time to explain things and gave me some printed info. I spoke with office staff to schedule and got more info but everyone was kind, no rush and answered all my questions. I don't look forward to the surgery but I believe I'm in good hands.

Dr. Dworta does a great eye exam. I am blessed that I don't have any issues so everything is good with me.

I had an excellent experience at my last visit with Dr. Farmer. I didn't have to wait long to be called in. The technician who performed some tests on me was very pleasant to talk with. I didn't have to wait long to see Dr. Farmer. Once he entered to check on my eyes we discussed several issues. He even answered my concerns and set my mind at ease.

The initial person who took care of me was kind, full of helpful information and patient with me since I was very nervous. I appreciated his professionalism. Dr. Farmer was very kind making sure I understood what was going to happen. I look forward to my cataract procedure with Dr. Farmer in charge.

Waited one hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time. That seems to me inexcusable. IF the doc had an emergency, or IF there was a problem in the schedule, a call to the desk to explain what was happening would do well for the patient. As it is, the patient is “the annoyance,” and they don’t get the attention they deserve or expect from the office. Inexcusable. If I wasn’t already a patient IN CASE PRACTICE (changing doctors in- process of a procedure), I’d leave in a heartbeat. I like Drumright, but not THAT much. By the way, I teach Customwr Service classes at MTSU. Guess what/who will be my example for poor service next semester…. Your front desk person is great. It’s your practice that stinks.

Everything went great from evaluation, surgery and post surgery appointments. Everyone was so professional, friendly and kind. All questions were answered during the appointments. Dr. Drumright made me feel very at ease about the surgery. All of the staff were awesome too! I would rate them with a 10! Thanks for giving me great eyesight!😁

Dr, Frank Drowota and staff are great. However, I am offering only a 4 due to the incredibly poor phone messaging system. When I call for a provider, I do not wish to hear a comprehensive review of all the new and wonderful staff that have been added to MMC. I need to speak to the provider I am trying to reach. This is totally unacceptable to me personally, and I would imagine to others as well.

Dr Farmer is great and i value him as my eye doctor. He explains in terms that I understand. Awesome asset to the eye department.

I left a message on Memorial Day, knowing that the office was closed. I had been in a lot of pain and so it was a little concerning that I didn’t hear back until the next day at 11:30. A phone call would have been more efficient than leaving a message on the portal. Perhaps the schedule the day after a holiday could allow for a heavier volume of needed callbacks earlier in the day.

Everyone there was so nice and helpful. The waiting room is nice and big and comfortable to be in. When you are called back to a room, you are informed of every step of the process. They all make sure you are aware of the next step of the process and if you have questions, they will answer or advise you that it is something you should discuss with the Doctor. I am so glad that my eye doctor referred me to Dr. Drumright for cataract management. He is an exceptional Physician. Very caring and informative of your cataract condition and explains everything you will/can experience pre and post op.

The entire staff, from the check in desk through the medical assistants,to the doctor were polite, friendly and professional. The premises and equipment was super clean and well laid out. I felt listened too and not afraid to ask question concerning my eye health.

All the staff are wonderful and caring people. My only negative takeaway was the amount of waiting i had to do. This is not that bad once you realize how caring and good all the staff are.

A friend referred me to Dr. Drowota when I needed a new ophthalmologist after my former doctor retired. I am so glad I took her advice. My annual exam appointment went very well. I appreciated the efficiency and competence of the office staff. Dr. Drowota's friendliness, plus the way he answered clearly any questions I had, made the exam a pleasant experience. I am looking forward to my follow up visit next year.

Everyone at MMC Ophthalmology made me feel welcome. Allie, my nurse, and Helen, the scheduler were terrific. Dr. Drumwright explained my options and the procedures thoroughly, and couldn’t have been nicer. He completely put my mind at ease, and I know my eyes are in good hands. Update: Just had my second cataract surgery this week, and I can’t say enough about how easy everyone at MMC Ophthalmology made my surgeries. Dr. Drumwright, Dr. Brown and all the nurses (I wish i could remember all of their names) explained the process, answered all my questions and the actual surgeries were a breeze. My vision is perfect now, better than when I wore contacts. Thank you to all who made my experience so nice.

I was very impressed with everyone that I encountered. The front desk, the techs, the Doctor, and the clerk who set up my surgeries were all great. My appointment was set up so efficiently that the wait time was very short especially compared to my other eye appointments at a different facility.

On this particular visit, the office was especially busy. The doctor I see had several time consuming patient needs to attend to, mine included. All went well with competent care, and the doctor nor staff exhibited the pressure they surely must have felt.

The staff starting from the young ladies at the front desk carrying through to the other team members is exemplary. DR Drowota happens to be my favorite doctor. He restored my vision and for the first time I was actually able to see three dimensional objects. I challenge anyone to find a more caring staff of consummate professionals.

Dr Farmer was very helpful. He expressed his concerns. I had to call in regarding an issue with my site and the staff worked me in quickly.

The staff was pleasant. Dr. Drumright was awesome! The rating I made was because my appointment was at 10am, but I did not see the doctor until 11:30.
