Our visit was great. The staff was so welcoming to us even for us being walk-in customers. They were very friendly and kind to myself and my kids. I appreciate the care that we received and the thorough explaining about things I didn’t really understand.

They were very unorganized. It's not fair to the patient to have someone do an exam that clearly didn't know what he was doing. I was going to leave, but someone took over. He wasn't much better.

Surprise bills because they said they took an insurance that they really don't (VSP). Pretty shady.

Everyone at this site was extremely pleasant, helpful and friendly. Dr Liou was so nice and very willing to answer all my questions with knowledgeable enthusiasm. She was engaging and upbeat. I bet she's really good with kids who come in to get their eyes checked. The team at the desk were all very friendly and interactive.

I did not see doctor Monica Liou. Instead I saw Dr Hse, he was very calm, kind and professional. The manager, she was a bit brash at first, but warmed up while trying to help pick out a pair of glasses. The Associate, I don’t remember her name, Asian with a ponytail, was so very sweet, patient and helpful. I would definitely have my eye exam & shop there again.

Doctors service are always Excellent and Professional. My dislike is LensCrafters tactics of up selling. I can no longer afford Lencrafters price structure and quite frankly a little annoyed at the fact that even with vision insurance I always end up paying more money out the pocket than I should. Moving forward I will be test other markets such as Costco, Walmart and many online retailers where there isn’t a inflated mark up and premium for add features.

They were all very attentive and friendly, they had already reviewed my file and confirmed my insurance coverage. The doctor explained and answered my questions in a friendly and satisfactory way, I was very happy for such an excellent service
