This place is like dealing with a shady used car dealer. First they said I had to pay $300 because my insurance didn't cover my exam. I said that's ridiculous ill go somewhere else, then magically my insurance covered it. Then they said there's an additional $100 fee, first it was for "the dimensions" of the exam, I said no that should be covered then it was for "consolation" when I said I don't need consolation they said it was for a "fitting". 40 minutes after my appointment was supposed to have begun I said whatever I'll just pay since and no one could explain what a "fitting" was and it was my only day off. I have a very busy schedule and I felt trapped and now regret paying an extra $100 for nothing. It's now been over a week and I'm having to call them daily to see where my trial contacts are. Good luck getting a hold of these Jerks over the phone they only answer from 9-4:30 with a two hour lunch in between. And when you do finally get someone they put you on hold for 30 minutes or just let the phone ring. Avoid this place like a plague unless you want to deal with lying BS and headaches. They use to be decent but I guess they're under new management and it shows

I had a very good experience here. I was a new patient here and they had great customer service from everyone in the office. The manager Millie was super helpful with helping me find the perfect fit glasses that look awesome on me (they had a great selection of glasses to choose from). The optician Ryan is so helpful and explains everything you want to know about what your insurance covers. Everyone is so pleasant and happy everytime I have come into there office. I do recommend this optometry
