This office does not deserve any stars. Most of the reviews are from many years ago! Let me start by saying the front receptionist were extremely rude when I asked for a copy of my son's report. Second if you have been seen by Dr. Moody specifically and your child is still having vision issues seek another Dr. We moved from another area and my son was prescribed glasses for the first time. After about 2 months of being here they broke, so I found this office, went for appointment for this guy to tell me my son did not need glasses and he refused to fix the broken ones. I questioned him about it because I informed him he had just been prescribed these. He told me it was in my son's head that he needed glasses and told me some personal story about his daughter which I could careless because he was not understanding that when I took all my children to the eye Dr I was thinking my middle son needed glasses not my oldest. So he refused to fix the glasses. I went and found another eye Dr who confirmed in fact my son does need glasses and his prescription is the same from his original pair of glasses. So again if you've been seen by Dr. Moody I highly suggest you find another one. The receptionist refused for us to be seen by another Dr in their office and told me I could wait for his results in the mail.

From check in to check out, our experience was great!! We visited the Arlington location and saw Dr. Alex. She was very thorough, answered all my questions and was amazing with my 5 month old. She answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. The front office person was professional and was working hard doing multiple tasks. She did our check in, pre exam/records and checkout. Seemed to be a small team of employees, but they all did wonderful. Hopefully we won’t need to come back due to us not needing treatment, but if we do, we know where to go! Keep up the great work ladies. Not to mention every other pediatric opthalmologist in the area were booked until November, they were able to get me in quick due to a cancellation!! Only complaint. The Arlington office doesn’t show up on google. Luckily my pediatrician had them on their list of providers they refer to. I think google should be updated. Maybe a Facebook page or some sort of marketing to get your business noticed. Dr. Alex is far too great to be passed up.

Dr. Anastasia Alex is phenomenal! I would give her more stars if I could. She was extremely thorough with checking my 2 year old daughter’s vision and is very good with children, making her feel very comfortable the whole time. After spending lots of time with us, she even called me after our appointment to share more information/perspective after talking to some of her colleagues. She hands down went above and beyond to reassure me that my daughter’s vision is just fine. She will be our forever Ophthalmologist for both of my children.
