These guys are awesome. I got screwed over by another eye care place that said they could fix my nosepiece but changed their mind after getting the old nosepieces out, and I walked in and no questions asked they fixed and replaced my nosepiece for free. Class acts. Definitely going to them next time I need frames.

Overall a great new patient visit. Parking is hard but they did a good job at explaining the options. They were on time and very educational. They picked out great frames for me to try on. Something I’d improve is that I ask them to educate themselves on trauma-informed patient care. There were several times during my visit when my face was touched or when the team got very close to me without an explanation of what they were about to do. Although I never felt unsafe and every one of these interactions was professional and justified, I prefer to see providers taking steps to help those who might feel unsafe in those situations be put at ease. There are some simple steps that the team could take to help patients be involved and give informed consent in their own care, such as taking continuing education courses on the matter and saying “I’m going to touch your eyelids now so that I can take a closer look at xyz.” It’s so small but makes a huge difference. They did a great job at this with the eye pressure test, and I’d love to see it incorporated into more parts of a standard visit.

I stopped in to see what glasses they had and was pleasantly surprised that they had a wide selection. They asked me a few questions about what I was looking for and provided a handful of things to try on. What typically takes hours to find I was able to pick something out within 15 min. I didn’t feel that they tried to upsell me on anything and in fact I ended up spending less than even going to Warby Parker. They really take the time to listen and understand what you are looking for and make this an easy process.
