My husband and I loved the kindness, customer service and care we received. It was my first visit to an optometrist in quite some time and it was a great experience. My husband was happy too!

I’ve been requesting a copy of my prescription since late October and still haven’t received it in the mail as promised. I’ve asked twice, and gave the postal service time— I’m not able to make it in person, and they’ve expressed they can’t provide my prescription over the phone.

Had my annual visit. Staff was prompt and friendly and very helpful. Dr Venard is always professional and thorough. That's why I've stayed with him for over 30 years.
