The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. But the woman that initially took me back and conducted the pre-exam was fantastic. She really made me feel special. She listened closely to my concerns and complaints, and made me feel like there might be some hope ahead.

Grateful to have found her, Dr. Reddy, completely by chance. It was my first time there at this Moran location, and I had to reschedule previously, but had no idea which doctor I was choosing. So it turned out to be a little miracle bcz she is an expert in corneas, which is exactly where I was having problems after my brain surgery. She’s great!

Other than non chalant employee at check in the rest of the staff were great. Dr. Mifflin is always great to work with and very efficient with the time he is allowed per patient. I have recommended Dr.Mifflin to several and they all come back with races about how much he actually cares and how efficient he is. Family and friends have had cataract surgery there and all are very impressed.

Dr. Hu and her technician were OUTSTANDING. They made the process so calming and explained everything. It really made me feel at ease since this was the first time I’ve ever had any kind of medical procedure done. It was so much better than I thought and it was all due to Dr Hu and her amazing technician. So glad I was able to have them perform my CXL procedure.

Dr Pettey had such incredible patience with our SN daughter. He was totally Awesome with her! She can become agitated in new surroundings, Oshana, Dr Pettey’s assistant also did a great job, she was so kind and nice!

I have had excellent eye health treatment at the Moran Eye Center. The eye exams and follow-up appointments I have had with Drs. Mifflin and Simonette over the past 3 months have been very reassuring and thorough, using very modern less-invasive equipment. The assistants and doctors were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained what they were doing and why. I trust that my eye health is in very good hands with Drs. Mifflin and Simonette - thank you for all you do!

This was my first time at the Clinic, Dr. Amy Lin was very profesional, I went because I wanted laser eye cirgury. What I liked about her. is that she was very honest with me, she told me that I am not candidate for laser cirgury, I have very mild cataracts, and I realy do not need the cirgury, that if I do the cirgury in one yearl I will have the problem that I am not going to see well again. she told me to wait more years, so my insurance can cover for the cirgury. Great Doctor.

Had a real struggle trying to get a basic answer from the receptionist. I wanted to see if they did surgery with placing lens in the eyes. Receptionist could only say that she could make an appointment with the doctor. Ok, but "if needed do you actually do this surgery?" "Sorry I'm not a doctor I can't tell you that." "I don't want to waste my time coming if you don't perform it and will just refer me elsewhere." "Sorry, I'm not a doctor". Clearly not a doctor; maybe the receptionist was first day on the job or I was talking to a call center that handles multiple offices because she didn't know what they did at the eye center.
