Just got to meet Dr. Mark Mifflin as he covered for a coworker that was my mothers original scheduled doctor appt. Right away he was very warm and caring to the needs of my mother. My mother has dementia and this can be a tough disease to manage in any circumstances especially at any doctors appts...let alone eye doctors. Dr Mifflin visit was very short, but thorough and put concerns at ease. Literally, made me tear up with all the concerns I weigh on my shoulders being her caretaker and he showed care like he really wanted to help. We have scheduled to go back to him. Highly recommended!
