I was not told Morris left the business, the tech charged me for a film that makes everything seem dirty. I went to my eye glasses guy who explained that Morris charged me more than $150 more for a product that has ruined my lenses and I now need new bi focals made. I will never go to them again after 20 years

I had a considerable amount of difficulty with my new eyeglass purchase. I just couldn't get them to fit correctly. That was until I met Kyli at the Vista location! In just moments she had me fixed right up! I don't normally leave reviews, good or bad, but when you do business with great people, it seems ashame not to do so.That said, she's a people person, and excells at customer service. Kyli as a great asset to Morris Eye Group, and I appreciate the great service. Thank you!

Morris Eye Group Vista Optical department is awful. 1st they said that my insurance only pays for eye exams & then they did not take Cigna. Morris Eye Group is on Cigna's website. I paid for Verilux lenses which are supposed to come with a Certificate of Authenticity & your name & perscription on the back. They said they contract with Walman Optical not Essilor (who does Verilux ) & Walman contracts with Essilor, so I can't get a Certificate of Authenticity. If the lenses come from Essilor, there should be a Certificate of Authenticity. It doesn't say Verilux on the invoice. They called the lab & they are going to send a generic Verilux card. That doesn't prove anything. I did not pay for generic lenses. They kept assuring me that they were Verilux lenses. It took them 3 weeks to get the glasses. I sent a email to Essilor to ask for advice. They just handed me the glasses & asked if I could see? They didn't hand me the paper with all the different size print to look at. They didn't ask me if my glasses needed to be fit. Don't purchase glasses here. I really like Dr Tan. Its too bad about their optical department
