If you want to get scolded and belittled this is the place to go. I was just trying to get an eye exam with contacts and glasses and my insurance just covered the glasses exam, he proceeded to tell me that I get a break with my insurance paying for the exam and that my insurance doesn't even pay the full price he usually asks for. I kept on explaining to him money is not the issue and kept on belittling me and was so rude and unprofessional. He told me he would need my old prescription for my contacts in order to get a new one and nothing was said over the phone. Do not waste your time here. I recommend going to Larry Davis, inexpensive, respectful, and kind.

bad experience, rude and felt super judged. was very uncomfortable the whole time being in the exam room. dr reiter was very unprofessional and acted super obnoxious as if he was the customer being treated . brang up if i was vaccinated to putting on a mask in my face like if it was my fault, not his business to care about if I’m vaccinated or not and telling me I can get my child sick when it’s none of his business. he was super bossy and acted like I needed to respect him with the disrespect he was giving me, put the machine in my face not giving me no space to breath , felt like i was strapped on a chair. just felt so judged the whole time about how bad my eyes were and how, whoever I went to before never gave me 20/20 vision. Super demanding , every time I spoke with yea he’d say “don’t say yea answer with yes”. questioned me so many times and was so rude about everything. will tell you how to place your legs and body sitting on the chair. very uncomfortable, don’t ever let anyone treat you like your less important!!

Horrible experience with this doctor. He was extremely aggressive and made me and my son feel incompetent and very uncomfortable. He tried to force my son with eye drops by grabbing him forcefully by the arm and sticking his fingers in his eyes, all without gloves during the pandemic! As my son was in tears I ripped him out of the chair as the doctor yelled “yeah you go somewhere else where they don’t know what they’re doing!”. A doctor is someone we should be able to trust, and he did quite the opposite. My son doesn’t want to get his eyes checked anymore. This guy desperately needs to retire. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
