Dr. Hines was amazing on the day of my procedure. He came in and asked me if I had any questions, and answered them earnestly. During the procedure, he calmly spoke to me and asked me questions to distract me from any pain or pressure (next to none) and I was able to be in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this doctor, if you are considering Lasik!

Not only is he highly competent, but he is also friendly and down-to-earth. Check out his shoes! I call him Dr. Shoes!

I was in the waiting room and heard a man yelling and a loud sound like someone kicking a door or something. I thought it might be a patient. I saw one of the nurses trying to hide that she had been crying when I was taken to see the doctor.
It was Dr. Hines who was yelling. I could barely hold in my contempt and I didn’t want to get angry with him and then have him take anything out on someone.
He seems to be good at his job, to give him credit. However I will never, ever visit again.
