Review of an office visit earlier this year.
Doctor's offices really need to learn how insurance works and to learn better verbiage. I was told my visit would be COVERED by both my primary, as well as this office, to me, COVERED means I don't have to worry about out of pocket costs. Well, come a few months later, and I get a bill for 300 dollars. I call and they tell me "It was COVERED, but you have deductible." That's not COVERED, and when I asked, noone mentioned anything about a chance of out of pocket expenses. If I had known I would have to spend 300 dollars when I could have used my vision insurance to actually have my exam COVERED, I would have.

They have great service, staff is friendly and helpful. I have been a patient for over 5 years and highly recommend Dr. Multack and his team! I have never waited for too long for my appointment and they are very thorough, I have never felt rushed. I have been to both offices and would highly recommend either one.

At my wife's recommendation I started seeing Dr. Multack for the issues I was having with my eye. He was very thorough and took his time to address my concerns! The staff was friendly and helpful! Highly recommended this office
