I visited Murrieta Creek Optometry about three months ago to have Dr. Cruz examine my eyes for new glasses. She made some changes to my prescription that was only about one year old (but was never "right") from another optometry office. Since I received my new glass, I have found them to be terrific and I no longer feel exasperated due to poor vision. Thank You! The doctor and the entire office staff have been great to work with from the very first call with Carmen (super friendly). Since then I have had Marina, Carlos and other staff help with ordering new sun glasses and adjusting the fit. Everyone seems to enjoy their place of work happy and are happy to help in any way possible. Great job you all! Sadly, we don't see this much in today's world. I will certainly refer your office to others.

Your business does not provide a high level of customer care as you claim. You've just lost six patients that frequented this location for 10 years. Here's why: 1. Answering my call, not to greet me, but to laugh and finish up their office conversation first. 2. Not wiping down equipment before next patient uses it. 3. Assuming that people of the same race came together. 4. Inconsistent experience: a. Received a second poorly written custom text regarding frames pick up from your business alert number. b. Fraudulent fee - Attempted to charge a fitting fee when not fitted for contacts. c. Conveying false information regarding the effects of insurance to frames arrival expectancy. Your staff needs to conduct themselves professionally, strictly follow clear and concise work flows to produce consistent positive experiences. If I need to tell you, then I can not recommend you.

11 year customer gone, why: 1) Customer text message and email system messages me more than the extended car warranty people. 2) Told 6 weeks until my frames ready (understood due to shortages) but when they were done 7 days into the 6 weeks and no notification.... Come on, you beat your customers to come in but once money is spent we don't get follow up. (I called in the 6 week mark *today*) I was placed on hold for such a long time and then they were surprised, 'you actually waited on hold this entire time'. Let's follow up with the, 'you need to schedule an appointment for training on how to wear and use your glasses...... Timed it, 1:47 seconds. Don't waste your time, money or at very least don't give them your email or a number they can text, it's only for their marketing, not assisting their services.
