I recently had an appointment at this ophthalmology office, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. Despite arriving on time, I was made to wait for 50 minutes without any communication or updates from the staff. After waiting for so long, I eventually had to leave without being seen by anyone. It was frustrating and a waste of my time. I understand that doctors can be busy, but a 50-minute wait with no communication or explanation is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for prompt and efficient care.

This is one of the worst ophthalmologists in the city of Houston!!! They take advantage of the elderly and try to rush procedures, even if the patient is uncomfortable! On top of this, they told my grandmother she would receive a check in the mail for a refund... That was 9 months ago!!!! Money hungry and they do not care about our senior citizens! ME OR MY FAMILY WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!!!
