First, let me say the only positives about My Eyelab in Mesquite are Shelby, Jason, and Juan. Shelby patiently helped me pick out new frames and they were ready within days. I picked up my new glasses Friday, September 15th. We came home and settled in for a movie. Within an hour, I felt and heard a loud pop and thought something had hit me in the face. It was my eyeglasses frame breaking! My husband heard it as well and it took me a few seconds to figure out what had just happened. I tried to return them for a refund Saturday but Jason told me a manager has to process refunds. I returned today, Sunday, September 17th, and Juan handled the refund quickly and efficiently. The crazy thing is that when I took the frames out of the box the show him the break, I was surprised to see the other side had broken in almost the exact same spot! For $528, I expect better quality. I should have taken a pic of them in the store when I realized the other side had broken in the same place.

I had an exam ordered my glasses in November, and they told me it would be two weeks I called went picked them up couldn’t really see out of them they said it would take a couple of weeks for my eyes to adjust… after 3 weeks I went back up there told them I still could t see out of them they did a new exam and the prescription changed by 50 degrees wow! so had to get new lenses. I thought that was a big difference so, another couple weeks I waited had to call see if they were in as they did not let me know and they were I went to pick up and still I could not see they said again my eyes needed to adjust so I took them once more. Weeks later same I could not see out of them. I called to let them know and they told me there was nothing they could do about it my warranty had expired. Are you kidding me they’ve had these glasses more than I have I paid almost $450 dollars with insurance for glasses I can not wear. This is very unacceptable. I called corporate was on hold forever had to hang up and now I can’t get anyone there to fix the problem in Mesquite. So the glasses just sit. I would not recommend this place to anyone as they are not willing to fix the problem. Not to mention it was a virtual test by Dr on screen. I am very upset as I have to work without them. They never was corrected.

I when to this location November 5th 2023 I brought my own expensive Versace frame I came to put some lenses and they told me that it should take no more that’s 3 weeks well it coming up to a month and I still haven’t received anything I tried going to the store but they been temporarily closed during business hours I call and they told me that it should be there by December 1st tru my mail and still nothing I believe I been robbed for my money and my frames I’m in desperate need of my glasses I need them to see and drive
