I have purchased my last 3 or 4 pair of glasses, and prescription sunglasses. I also have my annual exams at this location. Everyone is pleasant from check in, to picking out your frames. Iesha is the best!! I went in today, on a Saturday, after stepping on my glasses. Iesha repaired them in less than 10 minutes! VERY SATISFIED PATIENT! Oh. and yes they have name brand!

Great Office! Everyone one was so helpful, from the time i entered till when i left. Dr. Ridgway was so informative and really showed me how to understand what was wrong with my eyes. Got Glasses to fix problem and was out of there less then a hour!! 👍👍😉😉 …

Brought in a pair of $400 glasses to get prescription lens put in and they broke the frame trying to change the lenses. They thought giving me 50% off of a pair of their sunglasses that they markup 300% was a suitable consolation prize. WHAT A JOKE!
Thought I'd update my dissatisfaction with My Eye Dr. The glasses they broke had two screws that would allow the optometrist to separate the frame for the new lenses, but they decided to force the lenses out instead. The customer service rep (Simone) SAID she would follow up and GET BACK TO ME, of course i never heard back.
