I visited this location in 2022. Not sure which doctor I saw. But I just visited a new doctor, and she informed me the reason I don't love my current glasses prescription is because with an astigmatism, it's important that your eyes are centered in the frames and my frames were too wide for my eyes. How did the doctor at MyEyeDr miss that?! Not enough communication between the doctors and the staff that help with choosing frames. I recommend going to America's Best instead, better pricing and better communication among staff.

I have been a patient at My Eye Dr in Florida for years and live in Richardson part of the time. I always scheduled my appointments at the Florida location since I liked my Dr there. I recently started suffering from dry eyes and eye allergies so I researched a location near me and I’m so glad I did!! Anne was extremely kind, helpful and got me in to see Dr. Black within a few days. She even took the time to call me back to let me know that she could use my medical insurance if I get a referral from my primary care Doctor. Dr Black is amazing! He has an incredible “chair side” manner and takes his time to explain every detail. I didn’t feel rushed at all. He made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. For once in years, I feel like my eye issues are truly being addressed. He came up with a plan to help my eye issues. Dr Black truly put my anxiety regarding my eyes at ease. I was really worried it was a bigger issue and he reassured me. Anne was also so helpful when I realized my insurance didn’t cover the eye drops prescribed and she took the time to let me know what to do and answered my questions when I had to call back a couple of times. She’s really patient! The entire front desk is really kind and this office has a nice, relaxing atmosphere that puts you at ease. I’m so happy I found a new eye Dr and staff that truly care!

I don't write many reviews, but my eye exam with Dr. Natalie Baek was great and I want to encourage others to consider visiting her office. It was my first eye exam as an adult and I wasn't very apprehensive, but if you are, you should know that there isn't a single discomfort in this process and Dr. Baek is very informative as she tests and explains what she is looking for. The dreaded "puff of air" is literally nothing - your a/c blows in your eyes harder than this. You can pay an extra $40 to have a more advanced scan done instead of having your eyes dilated, which is also much more detailed and accurate than the older process. I learned a lot and I feel confident after this thorough exam.
