The receptionist when I first got there was terribly rude. She claimed I didn’t confirm my appointment even though I called back and left a message, refused to listen to me about my insurance and had to wait over 10 minutes for her to get there herself, and then she thought I had Medicare (which I do not) and then started to talk down to me. It was not an enjoyable experience.
