The receptionist when I first got there was terribly rude. She claimed I didn’t confirm my appointment even though I called back and left a message, refused to listen to me about my insurance and had to wait over 10 minutes for her to get there herself, and then she thought I had Medicare (which I do not) and then started to talk down to me. It was not an enjoyable experience.

Loved my optometrist Michael Provencher who was so knowledgeable! The lovely and fashionable Sales Associate Joseph, crunched the numbers to get me ALL the discounts and rebates on my glasses and contacts. Great service and I walked away with a free pair of sunglasses!
