My granddaughter went to have her new glasses fitted, we were attended by the manager Lance Snellgrove, we explained to him that my granddaughter's glasses needed the bifocal. He did the necessary exercises so that he could mark the glasses and they would be sent like this and place the bifocal on them. They told us that the glasses would be ready in 3 weeks, which my granddaughter was without her glasses, they called us after the agreed time and told us that the glasses were ready, when we arrived at the office the glasses did not have the bifocal and we let them know and they told us that they would send them back to fix them, which for me is a little unprofessional because that is the manager's job as a face of the business, to check that everything arrives well before calling their clients and being able to pick up their glasses and ready to go, now my granddaughter will have to wait 3 more weeks without them, which instead of helping her with her vision treatment after her cataract surgery, is delaying her, and I don't think it's fair!

The staff is friendly but when it comes to kids this is not the place to go. Did not like how the optometrist was physically trying to force my kids head to look into the lenses thing and was so worried about his equipment but it was his fault my kid was pushing it away in the first place.

They will take good care of you. Very friendly environment. And Joseph is always great to work with chosing frames.
