Scheduling is not reliable. This is the second time they have turned my daughter away and blamed it on their online scheduling system. My daughter missed school for this appointment and they still refused to see her for a mistake on their end. This is also the second time we have been turned away and they blamed it on the online scheduling system. If you are having this many issues with online scheduling , maybe you should not utilize it as a scheduling option.

1. I never received a phone call so please don’t respond and pretend you tried reaching out.
2. In no way will I be returning, it’s appears I’m not the only patient dealing with your unprofessional scheduling practices.

I am beyond disgusted with this office since Dr. Strickland retired. They are careless of their long time customers. I have been coming to this office for 15 years. I had to wait 6 weeks to get an appointment and then barely 2 business days before my appointment, they call and tell me there has been a change in scheduling and if I want to reschedule the next soonest appointment is another 5 weeks away.... it's absolutely ridiculous.

Unfortunately I had a frustrating experience with this office (love My eye dr. and have had great experiences at other locations). I had my appt. set up for 1 month, the day before my appt. I received a text message confirming my appt. I took off work and showed up for my appt- to which I was informed there was no doctor present, and that they called me earlier in the week to report the doctor went on maternity leave, I never received a phone call or voicemail (to which I showed the receptionist, and I showed my confirmation text the day prior)(my voicemail was not full either- I received phone calls/voicemails from my dentist with no problem that week). When they offered a rescheduled appt I was told they could not do Fridays (my original appt was set for Friday) so I was told I could contact another office- but other than that no assistance was provided to make the situation right. Will not be going back to this location unfortunately.
