Some of the friendliest, most helpful personnel in any business or establishment that I know of can be found at MyEyeDr @ Fordham Drive in Virginia Beach. I'm there frequently because the frames of my glasses get bent, they're quite old. The representatives, Sasha and Andrea, never display frustration with me, as some others have at other locations – they always show the greatest kindness and respect. As an elderly woman, I really appreciate that so much. Also, Jason has recently helped me, and is patient and kind as well. I'm very thankful for them!

The doctor and optometry office was great, the eye glass area was a mess, nice people but made many mistakes in processing our orders. Will likely have exams there in the future but take prescription somewhere else.

I just had the very worst experience in my life. The guy that was working in the from kept skipping me with their other patients/customer. He was even skipped for another of their patient who just got out of consult from their doctor
