I'm frustrated with the doctor's office and the staff. Waited four months for my prescription glasses, didn't get the promised call, and spent a total of 50 minutes on hold in two calls in this past month alone. I have trouble seeing my screen bc I get eye strain from it, requiring me to get a pair of glasses with a blue light filter on it. It’s gotten very worse the week prior, hoping to get it this week. They're busy, but keeping promises, especially over the phone, matters. For anyone who is reading this, please go to another place, you’d be saving yourself the trouble.

Terrible company! One star is too many. Dr. Ness is very unfriendly and rushed through my <10 minute appointment. The “eye exam” was a joke and as soon as he walked me out to the lobby, he left the building. After waiting over two weeks for my glasses, I quickly learned they were not my script. I wasn’t that surprised, since there were parts to the exam that he skipped over. I requested to see the other doctor in the office, but was told that “Dr. Berry doesn’t like to do retests.” When I came back to see Dr. Ness and talk with the manager Ashley, neither was concerned in any way about my experience. Not even an apology! I was retested, but they ended up making the same lenses I had a couple years ago. Dr. Ness and Ashley made it clear they didn’t want to be bothered. Save yourself the wasted time, money, and headaches from dealing with these unprofessionals!

I received the email stating that it is that time of the year for my annual eye exam appointment. Meria, the front receptionist, has great customer service skills. Ashley, the tech, called me back to do my eye exams she was amazing she took the time to ask how my day was answered and any questions I had. Sandy, the optical Tech, the one who helped me with frames and glasses she was wonderful, very patient, and the eye doctor himself was awesome. I am so blessed that I chose that building highly recommend.
