Whether fixing my frames when a screw came out (Dorian and Sharon), inviting me to try new and exciting styles and colors and updating my account (Kendra and Sharon), or simply being a pleasant presence in the midst making me feel welcome (Jada and Dominique), the service and delivery were impeccable! Dr. Ibrahim even greeted me on his way out for the evening and made me feel like they had kept the store open just for me! Love this crew of professionals and love the results they give! Definitely visit this store if you're in the market for a new pair of glasses!

Dr. Ibrahim is a wonder! He’s so patient, kind, and delightful. I was having problems with my previous prescription, and he took the time to patiently work through the contacts exam with me and find the perfect toric lenses that fit me best. He also happens to be a talented magician on the side and will make your appointment the funnest eye doctor visit you’ve had!

The eye doctors are fine but the sales staff are unethical. They high pressure you to purchase eye glasses from them and withheld my eye prescription and exam results when I declined to buy anything. I did not discover that my eye prescription was not included in the papers they gave me at check out until I was home. My calls to the store to obtain my prescription since then have been ignored.
