Doctor was great and the lady we had help pick the glasses out was good. I never got a call telling me they were ready. I had to call them, 18 days later. She tried to say they notified me but after I said that wasn’t accurate she stated they never checked my box to notify me. Then it came to pick up. The lady at the desk was extremely short, gave my son his glasses and said if they need to be adjusted to come back. She didn’t put them on, check the space on the ears, nothing. I told her I don’t wear glasses and I thought they checked and adjusted them. She had my son put on the glasses and shake his head to see if they fit! It was a joke. After him getting 20+ pairs, I’ve never had an eye glass place check to see if they fit that way.

Customer Service- Absolutely rude and unprofessional! My parent was excited about finally having a pair of glasses with a prescription that was accurate. Less than a month, the frames broke. Obviously this was disappointing. Went back into the location to notify and work through options for repair. Receptionist stated there was nothing they could do. Stated they would not repair them. Stated warranty was needed. A warranty! A warranty was never mentioned or offered! The location that the frames broke was a clear indication of a defect. Receptionist was absolutely dismissive and down right disrespectful. Refused any support.

This was my first time getting glasses and my experience here was amazing! Tiara helped me pick out my frames and she gave me some of the best service ever. She was so sweet and personable! All of the staff were great and super friendly. Highly recommend going in Tri-County!!
