Dr. Wiley is an exceptional eye doctor who provided an outstanding eye care experience. She was informative, explaining complex information in a clear manner. Dr. Wiley's generosity and genuine care for her patients stood out, making me feel valued and comfortable throughout the appointment. She listened attentively to my concerns and addressed them with care. I highly recommend Dr. Wiley for her knowledge, informative nature, and personalized approach. After the exam, Hiba assisted me in ordering contacts and payment. She was incredibly helpful and dedicated to ensuring that all my needs were met. Hiba took the time to understand my preferences and guided me through the process in a very friendly and informative manner. Her attention to detail and explanations of all available options made me feel confident in my choice. I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience!

Everyone I've dealt with has been extremely friendly, but the glasses I ordered August 31st and was told would be one and a half to two weeks will arrive at the earliest in six weeks. Online tracking of order was essentially useless (said only they'd be increased priority, which has been case for about a month).

DO NOT COME HERE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They ripped me off. They did NOT use my insurance. Though Shahana is the BEST. Plus Dr. Suzanne Wiley is the BEST. The rest are literally WORTHLESS 😭💔. It doesn't even deserve that STAR.
