they are friendly helpful overall great experience. not to mention two years ago before i became a customer they fixed my glasses for me!

Never again will i step foot in here. Doctors and nurses are great. Front of the Office is horrible. Just do yourself a favor and go to any other Eye Doctor. Seriously....just pick a random one and ill guarantee you'll have a better experience.

I had a mixed experience at MyEyeDr.. The front desk staff was very kind, especially the sweet lady working up front, and the assistant who helped me that day was also extremely nice and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. Unfortunately, the negative part of my experience was with Dr. Ramandeep Kaur. I was the last patient of the day, but I made sure to arrive 15 minutes early so everything could be ready for my appointment. During my visit the appointment felt very rushed. There was little effort to have a conversation with me and when I brought up concerns about my eyes they were not addressed. She mentioned that she would write me a prescription for something but that never happened. After leaving the exam room I wanted to ask where I could get the prescription she mentioned earlier but when I looked outside she was already pulling out of the parking lot. I completely understand that it was the end of the day but patients still deserve the same level of care and attention regardless of the appointment time. I came on time and didn’t require much but I felt like my appointment was rushed.

Dr. Kaur is the best, sweetest, cutest & most considerate doctor ever! I have my whole family going here cuz of her. Would definitely recommend her!

As of today, I could say I will no longer step foot in this facility. I don’t know where these people come from. It’s always somebody different every time I go all attitudes suck they don’t know how to take criticism from there customers and their communication is terrible so I expressed my feelings about me sitting in the room for all most 25 minutes and the doctor couldn’t handle it and ask me to leave you can’t ask me to leave and have the nerve to ask me to reschedule. There’s no way I would ever go here again worst experience ever I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Everyone was very nice and Dr. Kaur was great. Appointment was quick and efficient. Minus two stars because my contacts were very expensive ordered through them. If I go back I will take my Rx elsewhere for a better deal.
