This eye care clinic used to be a great place. when it was Spivak vision. I have been going there for over 25 years. They have changed ownership a few times and it’s getting worse ever time I go. The last pair of glasses I got from this place 2?years ago were terrible . I literally could not see clearly for over a year. I spoke with the doctor a couple of times and she brought me back to the shop manager. Nothing was done about it. I went back because I like my doctor but this time is even worse. I could not see with this new pair of glasses. They told me that they did no read the prescription before I picked them up so they had to order new lenses since the prescription was done incorrectly. The manager told me it would take one more week. It’s over 10 days and not a word from them. Save yourselves the frustration and find a reputable eye care clinic.

I've been extremely satisfied with the care Felix has provided. She let me know that the office is closed on my day off. I appreciate the level of care Felix provided. I would highly recommend this business!!

The staff was very friendly. Felix was super helpful as he took the time to wait for me to text Pics to my daughters for their input on frame selection. My only disappointment was mostly my fault, but I called back the next morning (I paid for my glasses at 3:30 pm and called to change the frames at 9:30 the next morning) and was told the lenses have already been cut at the lab and so no changes could be made. I kinda find that hard to believe. And I was really disappointed that they didn’t try since the glasses were over $900 and will take 2-3 weeks to get. 😞
