I'm new to this office, and to say I was very impressed with the staff and customer service is an understatement. A very thorough eye exam completed in a timely manner, and then the results were explained to me. Special thanks to Sydney and Brenda for taking the time to make sure my new glasses were fitted properly, and keeping me informed as to when my order was ready to pick up. These women are definitely assets to this office...very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am a very happy customer.

I've heard nothing but good things about Dr. Tidswell and looked forward to my appointment last week, but they called and said they would need to reschedule me because they had no staff. Ok fine...life happens. Later that day I got a call from the office saying that I no-showed, asking me if I wanted to reschedule. I told the woman that I absolutely did NOT no-show and told her my appointment had been rescheduled because they had no staff. This morning, 2 hours before my appointment, the same woman called and told me that they again had no staff and she was laughing the whole time she was telling me this. Very unprofessional and I didn't reschedule. A bad front office in the medical field will quickly destroy a practice.

After losing my glasses on a recent trip I went back to where I got my prescription, only to find out they were not longer there. The new company that took over was better than I could have hoped. Sydney was able to recreate what I had along with Brenda. I walked out feeling very pleased and confident in my choice to make this my new eye Dr.
