Susan was very nice kind and very patient and give me the best service The assistant was very helpful sweet and professional The doctor was informative and patient friendly. I loved how they treated me on my appointment. I will definitely come back. I am excited for my new pair of glasses 🤓 👓

I am extremely frustrated I need some help here. I need someone to step up, I have waited for a whole month for my glasses without any communication from your side. On top of that the manager from the location I went to the boro in McLean VA by the name Dakota continues to lie! When I finally called they said they had my glasses went ahead and marked my account as notified which never happened, they said my glasses had arrived the day before yesterday I was out of town so I had my sister pick them up. When I finally get my hands on them it turns out they’re not even my glasses. They gave someone else’s glasses. At this point I want nothing to do with you guys I want a full refund

If you schedule an appointment, make sure you confirm it when they text or call you. I scheduled my appointment myself online a week in advance, received a confirmation email that my appt has been scheduled, then received a text the day before saying they look forward to seeing me at the time of my appointment. Only to find out the they gave my time slot to someone else when I walk in, because I did not confirm. I gave feed back to the rep that at least I should have received a text as well when they gave my scheduled app to someone else, and was directed to HR. Hope someone from HR sees this then.
