Carlo was absolutely AMAZING! He was so kind and patient with me- I really had no idea what type of glasses I wanted when I walked in. He gave me his honest opinion of the (tons) I tried on. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the kind efficiency of the entire staff. Dr. King is AMAZING and thorough every time I see him. Then, Dawn helped me find JUST the right glasses in my budget without pushing me into something at a higher price. After I got my new pair home, I called Dawn and asked a few questions I SHOULD have asked before I left with them (my bad!). She had me return to the store, where she happily answered ALL my questions, and fixed the problem. I’ll never recommend anyone else!! They are all so wonderful, but special compliments to that sweet Dawn! She made sure I was absolutely not only satisfied, but HAPPY! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

It was great to see Dr. King after i had lived so many years out of state! It is still a quiet and calm atmosphere in the waiting area and in the exam room. After so many years with glasses and contacts, my grandmother taking me in for appointments, and always knowing my vision concerns could be resolved and corrected, I am SO thankful to be back here and visiting again. Not only all of that, but I waited until the office opened at 9 to walk-in and chat with reception to make my appointment, not thinking I could be seen for hours I was grateful when I could be schedule for just a short while after 10:00. Then I was seen, given my eye exam, given a trial pair of contacts, checked out at the reception desk with a 6 months supply of contacts ordered, all before 10:45!
