My eye exam experience with Dr. Won was excellent! He was very friendly, and knowledgeable. His exam was thorough, and for my child's exam he caught things that my previous eye doctor did not. The front desk experience could be improved, especially the check-in process, as well as explaining upfront the charges. However, overall I was pleased with my exam. To note, I did not purchase glasses, just wanted the eye exam and prescriptions.

The worst thing Dr Greenburg did was sell his practice to this company. My Eye Dr uses an incompetent lab who continues to make huge mistakes. They have ruined what he spent years building. Worst experience ever

We visit the eye clinic today with my mom for an appointment we had a bad experience with the people in the receptionist, Initially they just give a form to fill the details even without asking for the insurance card , later the receptionist call my mom for eye check to take the picture in 3 machines. Before this procedure they never explain like we had to pay for this picture . Finally after finishing all they ask to pay 44 dollars for the picture and we ask them to give the explanation of payment , they explain as no insurance is paying for eye picture .This is our second experience , Before they start they never talk about the hidden fees has to be paid .
