I’ve been coming here for a few years now, every single experience has been the same. Absolutely wonderful. Very efficient process from start to finish, very quick wait times and INCREDIBLE staff. Jay at the front desk was extremely respectful and friendly and the doctors here ago above and beyond with their customer service.

If it was possible to give these ppl -1 star I would. Do NOT BOTHER COMING HERE. Not only the most unprofessional staff but misdiagnosed my prescription twice and left me with “ this is the best we can do, you should find another doctor” as if it was me and my eyes not them doing their job! I went 5 times, being told it was manufacturer of contact. It wasn’t. It was a faulty prescription off by miles. I was left with splitting headaches from wrong prescription. They also do NOT HAVE ANY DOCTORS ON SITE. Ever. They keep saying,” of next time, you’ll see the doctor” never did I see one. You think after coming back 5 times they’d finally have me see a doctor. Nope. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME,

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an eye doctors appointment! The staff there were so nice, fun, and personable. I would highly recommend this location in CT!
