This office staff goes out of its way to be helpful. Jeremiah went the extra mile to make sure my insurance had the right information saving me lots of time to do it. Dr.Malhotra takes time to explain things and suggestions for my eye care. Patricia is helpful on selecting glasses. Kudos!

This was my first time coming to MYEYEDR. and I started to leave when I saw the prices and low Selection of glasses, but I said hell let me see what the hype is all about and I’m glad I stayed. I was very pleased with the quick service I received customer service was phenomenal. Crystal T was amazing. I have purchased my Eyewear from the location in the Annapolis Town Center for approximately the last 8-10 years. I went into store last week to purchase new prescription sunglasses. The young lady waiting on me provided several frames. After I informed her that I didn't like any of the frames, she suggested that I might go across the street to their other location. She added that this location is considered a high end store. I was taken aback by her comment. I informed her that I have been purchasing all of my eyewear there over the past several years. It is my recommendation that staff be trained on proper customer service, because providing excellent customer service is what keeps customers returning.

LaShara was very helpful and didn’t pressure me to make a decision. She give me as much time as I needed. In addition, she looked at all of our insurance policies and priced out several scenarios to ensure we got the best pricing. Thank you!

Dr. Shields made me the only pair of glasses that have ever truly been correct! He is wonderful and his staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I wouldn’t go to any other eye doctor in town.
