I was very Impressed with the customer service I was given by Stacy on 2 different occasions. She was patient, intelligent and very helpful. She showed a strong knowledge in the different lenses and services. I was very Happy with the experience, and I appreciated her professionalism.

Unacceptable customer service. I booked an appointment on-line myself as you cannot call to book an appointment and booked the appointment a week and a half out. I took time off work arrived 20 minutes early and was told my appointment time was given to someone else. Do not recommend as it is not considerate or professional to have an appointment moved with out notice. I did not receive and email nor phone call informing me my appointment was canceled. I would never expect to arrive for an appointment I booked at a Dr.’s office only to learn when I arrived that they had given it to someone else. When I spoke with the manager and explained this is not acceptable and I would take my business elsewhere I was met with complete indifference. I would not wish for anyone else to waste their time planning for an appointment that you may or may not have when you arrive.

I wanted to explore the possibility of contacts so when I scheduled my appointment online I requested a contact evaluation. There was no mention using the online scheduling portal that there was or could be an additional fee for the service. Since I've never had contacts before I assumed that if there was a fee that it would be covered by my insurance. I get to the Randolph Road office here in Charlotte, fill out the paperwork, again no mention or discussion of an additional fee, and I sit for my eye exam. When checking out I am told that I owe $123 for the contact evaluation so I reluctantly paid it so as not to make a scene and figured that a call to corporate would yield satisfaction in the form of a refund. There is NO customer service number for MyEyeDr so I had to wait for them to call me after filling out an online complaint. When the corporate office did call me they stated that they could not offer a refund and to basically go pound sand. I filled out a survey that was sent to my email and the local office manager called me. She acknowledged that they failed to provide the appropriate information regarding the assessment fee and, as with the corporate response, she stated that she could not provide a refund. As it turns out the contacts did not help. Unbelievable that she would acknowledge fault and do nothing to correct their failure. An absolute clown show.
