Although Dr. Black is an excellent doctor, we will not be returning since the practice is now corporate and the office help refused to make adjustments for clearly defective glasses purchased last year. The office manager exhibited a high degree if unprofessionalism . Definitely would not recommend this practice...

I’ve seen Dr Black at this location for almost 10 years but today saw Dr Tran. I loved Dr Black so I was a little nervous about the change, however Dr Tran was excellent too! Kind, polite, professional, and didn’t make me feel rushed. I would be happy to see him next year again!

Excellent experience again at this Richardson vision provider. Dr Black is always professional and a quality doctor. Receptionists are kind and helpful, even gave me helpful feedback as I chose my frame. Assistant Manager, Kenny, is so very helpful and patient and kind and made a perfect adjustment on my glasses to help me correct an issue I had. These folks treat customers with respect and care through and through. I will be coming back! Highly recommend!
