I absolutely love this location. The staff here is amazing! Cassy helped me pick out my glasses, (I look amazing now). Bianca the tech, was super nice, and helpful when I was fitting for new contacts. And Misty helped me check out at the end, buying my glasses and contacts. I didn’t think I was going to like a virtual eye doctor visit , but it was actually pretty cool, I’d definitely do it again. This team is amazing and their dynamic is so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back here for sure!

I come in for my appointment. I confirmed the appointment email immediately after I set it up. They tell me that their system didn't acknowledge the confirmation. Therefore my appointment was given to someone else that morning. Customer service rep was clueless and could only suggest I reschedule for their technical issues. She low-key tried to blame me for the issue while saying their confirmation email system was messed up. She tried to blame it on me for not having an up to date number. What difference would that make? You spam me emails all the time about setting appointments up and I sent a digital confirmation I was going to be there. You should be intelligent enough to assume I will be showing up when I confirmed. So yeah it's my fault for their email confirmation system apparently and she suggested some other day next week like I have all the time in the world. She then proceeded to do absolutely nothing of help. Going to look for other eye doctors in the future. Might as well put their emails into the spam folder because my confirmations apparently mean spam to them unless I confirm like we did in the 90s. Great job. I'm sure the rep will get a promotion from this review. Congrats.

I wanted to take a moment to thank the staff of my eyes doctor I originally went to the Grafton office and the staff and doctors. There were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and help them me to check. My eyes and then also explain information about my eyes and pick out my glasses. I ultimately ended up picking my glasses up in the Hampton Coliseum office. The? Staff. There was? Extremely. Kind and knowledgeable? And they. Went? Above and beyond? And ensuring that. My glasses were exactly what I needed them to be and also tightened up adjusted my previous glasses so that they could be back UPS once again Stephanie. Elijah and Jocelyn were so nice. I want to give them extreme kudos for the help that they gave me.
