The entire staff was AWESOME! Every single person was warm and welcoming, I felt comfortable instantly. I didn’t catch the name of the Tech, but he was great. He talked to me like a friend, and made me feel much more relaxed. He took his time and got to know me, which was appreciated. Dr K came in and explained the importance of annual exams, and helped me to understand what exactly I need to do to better my overall eye health. He answered all my questions with patience and respect. I never felt rushed at all. Especially with Sam. She spent at least 30 minutes with me looking at frames and giving me her honest feedback on which looked okay on my face. I haven’t really worn glasses before this and felt uncomfortable trying them on, but she helped me find 2 pairs that made me feel confident and comfortable. I loved her, and am very appreciative of the extra time she spent with me. I’ll be going back with the rest of my family now. Great Team! 10/10 would Recommend!
