So disappointed my initial visit was great but yesterday my husband wanted his lens changed. They were very rude to him. It says in their site they do it but they gave a bunch of excuses. I later called up there to ask if they do the lady that answered said yes. I asked her why she gave my husband a hard time when he came in and again she gave a bunch of excuses when I asked to talk to a supervisor she hung up. We will never be back.

in a nutshell, the $10 glasses from Costco is far more superior in every aspect than that I had received from the eyeDr for hundred of dollars 1- I went to Dr. Franchi (top opthamologist in the area) to do eye health tests and got a prescription. 2- took prescription to eyeDr near my house. I was helped by male staff member, his service was less than average and he tried to push and sell stuff that should come as standard in any eye glasses nowaday. 2- glasses were lost for nearly a week. 3- the quality of the lens of these progressive glasses are sub average and can be blurry/distorted especially at the peripheral ends... you have to for the peripheral side of the glasses extra apparently to be able to see... anyway waste of hundreds of dollars and I reverted back to the cheap costco glasses to be able to see without headache.

Dr. Connolly and his practice are a scam!!! Never been to a worse eye doc. office than this place. I will never be returning (and i made that aware to them) and I still receive emails, texts, and phone calls. Rude staff, alone with the doctor. He accused me of “stealing” contacts because the front desk assistant gave me extra samples. Thats on her end, not mine. I never asked for extra, but it allowed my supply to go longer than he expected. Mind you, this was in 2020 and I still get automated messages atleast once a week.
