The service was very friendly and I was helped promptly upon arrival. I’m used to waiting for almost an hour at other offices for a nurse to even examine me. Here I was greeted friendly and appropriately. The Dr and nurses were very nice as well. Welcoming and inviting staff.

The service with the doctor and assistant was great. DO NOT BUY GLASSES FROM HERE. They are crooks, they tried to charge me higher out-pocket prices that did not match my insurance. Double-check your insurance They need complete price transparency and insurance matching. I mean if I am paying for misc. extras want to know what specifically I am paying for. If I am paying for the lens, I want to see the price comparison of the different types. Also, if my insurance is saying that I will only pay a $20 co-pay on single-vision lenses. I want to only pay $20, and not get charged $60. Absolute crooks, to just charge the customer more even though both their information of my insurance and my information of the insurance say the same price of $20 but they still want to charge 3X the amount. I was quoted a high price for basic glasses, but I saved at least $118 on my glasses when I went somewhere else. And to add to those savings I got the best of everything, scratch resistant, smug resistant, blue light filter, transitions mid-tier, and if they break insurance for a year. They will tell you it is your insurance but it is them. Absolute crooks!! I had asked the lady to call and re-verify the cost with my insurance and she they were closed on the weekend. I called them as soon as I went home the same day and they answered they were surprised about the prices they were charging and the fact that she told me that she could not call because they would not answer. After the call, I wanted to call MyEyedr to let them know I was able to call my insurance, and then she told me that it will take a week to call someone and then longer to get a response. So not only are they crooks, they are liars too.

From the time I walked in from the time I left I had a wonderful experience. The entire staff was kind and informative. The atmosphere is welcoming and spotless, a definite PLUS as well! The various styles of frames to choose from makes it hard but hey that’s a good thing, highly recommend MyEyeDr.
