I really like Dr Johnson Ly. He is personable and thorough. He goes over everything in detail. I always get new sunglasses from their shop with my new prescription. This time I had the pleasure of working with Liz! I love the selection of frames and the choices can be overwhelming. Lovely Liz has the perfect eye for what looks best and stylish with the shape of my face, budget and lifestyle. I recommend Liz to work with you selecting frames. And I highly recommend Dr Ly for your eye doctor.

Dr. Ly is the best doctor for families. If you have children, especially children with special needs, I can’t recommend him enough. He truly cares for his patients and always goes above and beyond to make sure your family is well taken care of. We love you, Dr. Ly. Yay! I needed a same-day eye appointment and had an amazing experience! The staff was quick, friendly, and welcoming. The doctor was incredibly sweet and efficient, making the whole visit easy and stress-free. Special thanks to Edgar for helping me at the end—he was so kind and helpful. Dr Bilal & his office are the best in the industry hands down. After visiting multiple doctors for years, I finally found a doctor I can trust! His office has some of the best technology out there and variety for days. Strong recommendation

Dr. Parisa Foroutan went above and beyond to listen to me and correct something that was done incorrectly elsewhere. She even found me contacts that are SO MUCH more comfortable. I will be switching my daughter to this doctor because she has such an empathetic and kind presence along with being incredibly intelligent and helpful. When I went back to order my constant lenses and see about glasses repair, the wonderful woman there made sure that I had exactly what I was asking for and helped me to check what my insurance offered to help find the best deal. She ended up saving me a ton of money and gave me all my prescription info and wrote down extras (with newly taken measurements for contacts and glasses in case I needed to order online). She spent a lot of time and went way above what I expected when I read reviews prior to going in. Also, the waiting area is just adorable. I love that there wasn’t a TV, a quiet cozy space, natural light, and comfy chairs with tons of reading options for littles. The pictures shown are from one of the waiting areas.

Can I give zero star? The receptionist did not tell me to come I. The office while my husband told me I was there for the appointment. She canceled my appointment with me sitting in the parking lot. She did not mind telling my husband the doctor would see me. My husband almost bought a pair of glasses. I went in and they told me I was too late. While they did not mind trying to sell a pair of glasses. Unprofessional. Just want to sell glasses. Go to Collin creek eye doctor instead. They are awesome.
