Seriously frustrated & disappointed with this eye care facility. This was my go-to eye care location for years. But I think it's time to find a new one, as they cannot be bothered to do anything right anymore. Had an exam on Feb 28th for RGP contacts and glasses. Cost me over $900. Glasses came in with no problem. Contacts were never ordered. After multiple phone calls, month after month, they supposedly ordered the RGP lenses AGAIN on July 10th. Order never was placed, of course. So again, I'm making multiple phone calls trying to resolve this, because THEY don't care one bit. August 25th they ordered the RGP lenses for the 3rd time. Of course they don't call me once they do arrive. That's my responsibility to call nonstop to find out what's going on. Finally pick the lenses up September 15th, over 6 months past my initial exam. No one takes me back this time to make sure I can see correctly or the lenses are okay, they just send me on my way. I asked about being seen by the doctor & they told me they don't do that. Every other time I've picked up RGPs they've had me put them in & given me a super quick exam to make sure everything is correct. Of course these brand new lenses are completely screwed up. I cannot see anything beyond about 6ft out of the right eye, and cannot see anything closer than 3ft out of the left eye. So I'm in a constant struggle trying to focus, which is just causing achy eyes, nausea & headaches. I called to complain about the prescription, after a few days trying to adjust to the new lenses. They cannot see me for an entire month out - Mid October. So it's going to be nearly 8 months since my initial exam & I still do not have contact lenses I can correctly see with. I can't do my job, which is hands on laboratory work, because I cannot see anything up close. I can't wear these to drive because I can't even read street signs clearly. If I could give zero stars I would, and would love to file a charge back with my credit card, but since they strung me along for 6 months, I'm pretty sure I'm beyond any charge back window. $400 wasted on the RGP contacts alone & I cannot see a thing. Been wearing RGP contacts for over 30 years, this is the first time I've had to deal with so much ridiculousness & an incorrect prescription.

I had a very poor experience at the Ogden location. I needed a minor adjustment to my new glasses. When I called to schedule an appointment I was told I didn’t need one and to just come in. When I arrived, the receptionist initially ignored me though I was standing directly in front of her. She then instructed me to sign in, which I did. After waiting over an hour I approached her again about the delay. Again, standing directly in front of her, she ignored me and continued a conversation with her co-workers who also failed to stop the conversation. When she finally acknowledged me she said they probably weren’t checking the sign-in sheet. Rather than be a “Karen” during my visit, I will be sure to share my negative opinion with all of friends, family, acquaintances, and strangers. P.S. Will was everything the receptionist was not. He is friendly, attentive, and quick.

Update. We were told on Friday the glasses would be done end of day. Went to pick them up on Wednesday and the frames are still at the office. Not complete. Nothing has been done They were NEVER sent out. We are still being told the lenses need "shaved down" but they needed the frames. This is so unacceptable. Is it possible to leave a negative star review? He has now been in the wrong prescription, frames still at the Dr's office, no correct lenses, AFTER being told they would be done. Why did they need his glasses for this if they are still sitting there. Run.Do not use this office. Run. We have been patients for years. Paid almost 1100 dollars for two pair of glasses this year and it's been a very bad experience My husband's glasses took 3 weeks to come in when we were told 2 weeks. Got a call they were in. They were not. When questioned, were told that they were on back order. They had not notified us of that. His lenses scratched 2 days after he picked them up. After questioning and basically blaming him, they ordered new lenses. When he went to get them, the replacement lenses did not fit in the frames. (Was that the reason they were delayed?) This time they asked for his glasses, so he's now got to wear the wrong prescription for 2 weeks. This eye dr was a wonderful office until they switched to my eyedr. We are planning to switch to another eye dr for next year
