I’ve encountered the most heartfelt and wonderful experience with this company. I met Dr. Ryan Sullivan and the entire staff of the Annapolis, Maryland (Forrest Drive) location. The entire staff was pleasant and understanding. They have all exemplified and executed the true definition of high quality customer service and support. I have had issues with my vision until I met Dr. Ryan Sullivan. With his knowledge and concerns and expertise, he was able to help me regain my line of sight when others at different facilities weren’t. I love the fact that he and his entire staff were so professional and made my experience with them feel like a family gathering. My son has special needs and they were so loving and polite to him. My daughter who hated going to the eye doctors even said they rock and can’t wait to see them again! She thinks they have the cutest frames! I love their professionalism and mannerisms. There’s not enough stars one could possibly give to rate my experience with them. From Dr. Sullivan ( now my 8 yr old sons new best friend lol) to the receptionist (Latoya who was the very first person I met and was extremely professional and kind) and everyone else there (Amy, Lovely, Ryan, Debbie) Have all executed and exemplified superior service and all get a 100 star service rating. (The facility was clean and comfortable too.) I highly recommend this location and optometrist. They’re the best! No wonder it’s called My Eye Doctors I wouldn’t have it any other way! Thanks guys you’re now officially part of our family!!

I booked an appointment online for this office that I could fulfill on my lunch break, the COVID procedures were in full effect, i was sanitized from the moment i walked in, and had been greeted pleasantly by the staff. I was immediately called back for testing and then walked right in to see the optometrist. We had great conversation and i immediately felt comfortable. She discussed in detail everything about my eyes and the specific type of contacts my eyes needed to be comfortable regularly. I was able to leave that same day with contacts. One of my all time best experiences with getting the usual eye check up! Keep up the great work ladies, you’re making a great impression on the patients!

Friendly and professional!! I got first class treatment from start to finish. The doctor was fast but thorough, I didn't feel rushed through. Then the staff out front helped me pick out frames that not only looked great but fit my budget. Then they walked me through all the lens options making sure I got exactly what needed and what I wanted. I LOVE my new glasses! My wife loves how I look, I love how I see! Very thoughtful, very professional, I highly recommend!!!
